ABOUT US

THE FIRM

Since 2001, Maya & Nehmad has been a reference law firm built on trust, experience, and personalized service.

Over the past two decades, we’ve consolidated as a firm that combines legal technique with a strategic approach to conflict. Our focus is not merely on winning cases but on protecting our clients’ assets, operations, and future with intelligence, precision, and proximity.

We believe in one simple but powerful principle: every case must be treated with the same commitment as if it were our own. That’s why each client is directly served by highly specialized attorneys actively involved in planning and execution.

Our work goes beyond courtrooms. We seek smart and viable alternatives outside conventional proceedings, always within the law, whenever this represents a real benefit for our clients. We tailor strategies to the context and urgency of each situation.

With over 25 years of experience, we’ve resolved hundreds of complex cases, defended key interests before the country’s most demanding courts, and represented clients in decisive moments in their lives or businesses. Our track record is built not only on time but on sustained results, long-term relationships, and a reputation earned case by case.

We have advised Congress on major reforms—such as the Federal Criminal Code—and actively contribute to legal education through lectures and seminars at universities and academic institutions.
